Common questions
Is MoodMark free?
There is a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, MoodMark requires a subscription.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email address and no password. You open the app and start logging.
Where is my data stored?
Your mood entries, habit logs and journal stay on your device. You can read the detail in the privacy policy.
How long before I see any patterns?
Give it two to four weeks. Most of the patterns worth finding are weekly, so they need several weeks of entries before they separate from noise. There is more on this in how to track your mood.
What can it actually tell me?
Which days of the week tend to run bright and which run heavy, the feelings you log most often, and which habits coincide with your best and lowest days. See the link between your habits and your mood for what the research says about that.
